The Konnarock Retreat House Renovation Plan

Our Long Range Renovation Plan calls for an immediate focus on the main floor and entrances. Work is in progress with the intent for making the main floor area useable by the Summer of 2010. This phase of the renovation includes both the kitchen and dining rooms, the meeting rooms, and the bath facilities. Upon completion of this phase the facility can be used for day retreats and similiar activities.
Presently, small groups of 5-6 can be housed in the cottage if overnight lodging is needed to accommodate work groups that might be here several days doing renovation work. Overnight lodging for other than work groups would be considered by the Konnarock Retreat House Board.
Our Nonprofit Status
The Konnarock Retreat House is a nonprofit entity incorporated in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and has been granted 501(c)3 nonprofit status by the Internal Revenue Service. All contributions made to the Konnarock Retreat House are fully tax deductible to the extent permitted by current Internal Revenue Service Tax Codes.
