The renovation of the Konnarock Training School is a big undertaking. The cost is enormous, but when finished, the Konnarock Retreat House will serve as a center at which non-profit educational, community, and ecumenical religious organizations may provide specialized programs for their constituents or for the greater community. The facility will be utilized for the purposes of meetings, short and long-term retreats and overnight accommodations for the family, churches, education institutions and groups, missions, healthcare providers, institutions and individuals and students in the private, state and public sector. Business groups, clubs, civic organizations and others will make use of the facility.
More than $120,000 has already been raised toward renovation, but many more dollars are needed. If you would like to help with a tax deductable contribution then please contact Carolyn Tracy, Treasurer at Carolyn Tracy krocksch@aol.com and tell her how you would like to support the Konnarock Retreat House Project. We thank you now for your support.
Contributions of materials, fixtures, appliances and other "in-kind" goods are always welcome.
